Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or gently used, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at nubesatusa@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

30-Day Guarantee: If a new or gently used product does not meet your wellness needs, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery (online orders) with your receipt. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

Products Covered: We currently offer essential oils, room and linen sprays, and roll-on oils. Please note we do not sell diffusers.

Missing or Damaged Items: If your order arrives missing items or damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at nubesatusa@gmail.com and we will make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
